Results: Survey on Retail Sales People

Have you ever gone into a store, that doesn't carry clothing to suit your age, and have a sales clerk, either look at you as if why are you here or ask you what size you wear. Why do they presume that you are shopping for yourself only. You could be shopping for a grand daughter or a gift for someone, a store is for all people to shop in, if it's a youth store, it doesn't mean seniors can't shop there. Have you had this happen to you?

Have you gone into a high end store, and had the same experience, the sales clerk checks you out, as if; why are you here, you probably can't afford the clothes here. But little do they know, some of the people that don't necessarily look rich are probably richer than they think. Once again, all stores are for all people, and customers shouldn't be judged. Have you had this happen to you?

Do you enjoy shopping in a store where a sales clerk greets you and asks you if she could be of any assistance and then leaves alone lets you shop?

Or do you prefer going into a store and having the sales clerk, follow you around constantly asking if she could be of assistance and offering different styles and choices?
