Results: Sports...All Over Again?!

Alas, we all know the drill, yes? Among so many aspects of people's lives, the covid crises have taken their toll on the sports world, too.Leagues, teams, etc. are planning on playing to purposefully partially empty venues or bereft of any spectators, perhaps apart from a broadcast video crew, at all. Both professional and amateur competitions have been curtailed. Have you been missing watching &/or listening to any sports during this time when much of the world is in lock down mode?

If you're local to me and craving high school sports coverage specifically, a radio station about 20 miles from me has lately been rebroadcasting football (and baseball?) games on weekends. I believe the bouts being rerun are all ones where the teams in the area the station services terrestrially won. Even if you'd already heard the games however many months or years ago when they were played would you consider listening to them again?

On the morning I'm putting together this survey, I heard a radio reporter say that her father was watching a game from the 1969 World Series. Years ago I've been in restaurants on Saturday mornings where old NBA games were on the dining room television sets, so the practice of running vintage matches has been going for some years and includes at least baseball and basketball. If viewing sports by amateur students doesn't appeal to you, are you more inclined to watch professionals having played that for which they were paid?

If you're a sports lover who wants your druthers, would you rather only watch &/or listen to professionals' or amateurs' reruns until regular seasonal play is in effect?
