Illegal or illegal?

1. From this list, click the acts that you think are legal in all U.S. states. I'll give the answer in the second question.

2. There was a much longer list from which to draw, but many had exceptions by state, so I did not include them so there'd be no arguments in comments. Others, like driving barefoot, although never illegal, are known to be possibly dangerous. Some, like the cursing in public and won't stop even when asked (like maybe a drunk in a bar who won't shut up) are certainly bad manners, but not illegal. Therefore they are all legal. I made this question/answer long so if you peeked you wouldn't be able to ascertain the answer by cheating! How many did you get right?
