Results: Veterinarian Question

When you take your pet to the vet, do you assume that the vet is the one giving the exam and inoculations that your animal needs?

When I took my dog for its exam/shots, I did not see the vet, so I asked the vet techs if he was in the office (they said that he was in the back). When my dog was ready to go home, we got in the car. We passed the vet coming in the drive to the office. I was upset, needless to say! Would you have been upset too?

I called this vet and spoke with him as soon as I got home (too angry when I saw him in the drive of his office). I told him that I was under the assumption that a vet was in the office to give my pet its exam and shots. He did not seem concerned. I no longer take my dog to this vet practice. Am I correct in not going back?
