Did you hear about the effort by officials in Washington, D.C. to impose a higher minimum wage on big-box retailers?

Walmart is not happy and feels it is unfair to target large retailers. Do you feel the D.C. Council is justified in trying to force just big-box retailers to pay a higher minimum pay than other employers?
