Almost half of Canadians plan to abandon social distancing during holiday gatherings and hug, kiss and shake hands with friends and family, a new poll shows.- Global News
1. The poll by Leger in collaboration with The Canadian Press found that 45 per cent of Canadians say they will "greet others with a handshake, hug or kiss" at Christmas parties and other holiday gatherings. Will you hug, kiss or shake hands during the holiday season?
2. Forty-seven per cent of Canadians say they would ask people if they are vaccinated before inviting them to a holiday party. Are you planning to ask/confirm people's vaccination status before they are invited to your holiday gathering/before you attend a holiday gathering?
3. More than a third plan to celebrate with more friends and family, though not at pre-COVID-19 levels. How about you?
