Majority of Americans Say No Tariffs on Canada

As the U.S.–Canada trade dispute continues, a new Angus Reid survey found 51% of Americans oppose tariffs on Canada, up from 48% in October 2024. The results come as the CUSMA free trade agreement is set for renegotiation this year, with most Americans still viewing Canada positively.
