Convicted serial killer Paul Bernardo has released an e-book on Amazon called “A MAD World Order”. Many are outraged that Amazon is selling the book by a convicted killer, and some have vowed to boycott the company. Bernardo is currently serving a life sentence for raping and killing teenagers Leslie Mahaffy and Kristen French in St. Catharines, Ont.
