Surgery is a last resort with most ailments due to its risks to your health. I would never want an unnecessary surgery. I've seen/heard of way too many people ending up looking worse than when they went in. Be happy with who you are, if you look after yourself you'll age fine. Can't fight getting old. I always find people with obvious plastic surgery look much older/uglier than those who are natural.

Ageing is a natural part of life, it is nothing to be ashamed of. I earned every one of my wrinkles. I would never have cosmetic surgery but if there was some painless way to look younger I might consider that

I try to be grateful. When I start picking myself apart, I remember some people with very bad problems; burn victims, accidents, amputees. Put's it all back in perspective.
