A new Canadian Diversity Study found that many Canadians still see multiculturalism as an important part of the country’s identity.

The Calgary Stampede is one of Canada’s most well-known summer events, bringing together rodeo competitions, live music, carnival rides, food, parades, and western-themed celebrations. Wedding season can be exciting, but the cost of attending can make some guests think twice before saying yes.

New research found that nearly one in five Americans say they have made assumptions about someone based on their first name alone. Younger adults were more likely to say they do this, with Gen Z leading at 29%, followed by millennials at 21%.
