As Canadian communities face record-breaking weather-related insurance losses, nearly three-quarters of Canadians are now concerned about the impact of climate change on their homes and finances, according to First Onsite Property Restoration’s annual Weather and Property Survey. The survey, conducted among over 1,500 adults, found that 73% of Canadians worry about being affected by climate change, extreme weather, and natural disasters, with many believing these factors are driving rising insurance rates.

French Bulldog crowned most popular dog breed in the U.S. once again
The French bulldog once again reigns supreme, earning the title of most popular dog breed in the country for the third year in a row. The American Kennel Club, the world's largest registry of purebred dogs, revealed its ranking for the most popular dog breeds of 2024 on Tuesday. The top 200 dogs were determined using the Club's registration statistics.
