The most common resolution for 2025 is imporving physical health, with 37% of Tellwutters aiming to bolster their their health. Other popular resolutions include:

- 31% intend to eat healthier

For those who make resolutions, commitment varies:

Despite these figures, the optimism surrounding the New Year is contagious. 54% of Tellwut members said they are looking forward to 2025, and 64% shared that they try to enter the year with a positive mindset.
