A registered massage therapist in Vancouver was recently reprimanded for using his clinic's database to send an email to patients criticizing the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines and mandatory vaccination for health professionals. -CBC
Ontario senator recognizes pro-CCP activists with Queen’s Platinum Jubilee medals
An Ontario Conservative senator visiting the Lower Mainland for Lunar New Year festivities held a ceremony Monday in a Richmond dance school to recognize members of an organization that promotes the Chinese government. Among those honoured at the Stage One Academy were the Canadian Alliance of Chinese Associations (CACA) chair Xue Xiaomei and past chairs Wang Dianqi, Yongtao Chen and Miaofei Pan. The CACA website says the organization actively participates in activities of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, an arm of the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) United Front foreign influence program. - biv.com

Razzies remove child star Ryan Kiera Armstrong from worst actress nominees
The Razzies have apologized and removed child actor Ryan Kiera Armstrong from their annual list of nominees. Armstrong had been nominated this week for worst actress for her performance in “Firestarter” by The Golden Raspberry Awards (the formal name for the Razzies), a satire of Hollywood award shows which bills itself as celebrating the best of the worst in cinema. There was backlash given that Armstrong is only 12 years old. The Razzies will only nominate those who are 18 years old or older moving forward, according to the group. -CNN entertainment
