Poll: More Americans Are Concerned About Voting Access Than Fraud Prevention
A majority of Americans believes ensuring access to voting is more important than rooting out fraud, the latest NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist survey finds. By a 56%-41% margin, survey respondents said making sure that everyone who wants to vote can do so is a bigger concern than making sure that no one who is ineligible votes.
Pinterest bans all weight loss ads
Pinterest is banning all ads with weight loss language and imagery, including ads that idealize or denigrate certain body types, it said on Thursday.The digital pinboard site said it would also not allow ads with testimonials about weight loss or weight loss products, or ads referencing Body Mass Index (BMI) or similar indexes
Royal Caribbean to Require Unvaccinated Guests Sailing From Florida to Have COVID-19 Insurance
Royal Caribbean will require unvaccinated guests on cruises out of Florida to obtain insurance that would cover them if they tested positive for the coronavirus while on board. Starting August 1, unvaccinated guests 12 and older will have to show proof of an insurance policy with coverage of at least $25,000 per person for medical expenses and $50,000 per person for expenses for things like COVID-19-related quarantine and medical evacuation, according to the company.
