51% of French do not believe in God, survey says
A new survey shows that fewer and fewer people in France believe in God. The French Opinion and marketing research institute (IFOP), on behalf of the journalists' association Ajir, has recently released The Relationship of the French to Religion survey. The IFOP survey found that 51% of respondents say they do not believe in God, whereas in 1947, 66% of respondents declared themselves to be believers. -CHVN Radio
