Tellwut News
We're happy to announce we have added a $10 PayPal reward for both US and Canada and it's now available in our Rewards section! Please note that as PayPal gives no discount and charges extra fees on top of the reward cost, the points for PayPal are slightly higher than other rewards. We've reviewed our other available rewards and you will find a few (Target, Starbucks, etc) have had their points value reduced, making it easier to redeem for those rewards.
Our weekly winner of 4000 points for participating in Earn Rewards Live Surveys is

Due to the holidays, many survey companies are not operating, resulting in fewer surveys being available. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, as we can only display what is provided. Things should improve next week. In the meantime, if you're unable to complete the member polls due to this issue, please let us know at support@tellwut.com.

2025 best diet wins gold for wellness and disease prevention
The award-winning Mediterranean diet has done it again, capturing 2025’s “best of the best” award from U.S. News & World Report, which puts out a yearly list of the most and least beneficial diets as ranked by nutrition professionals. The Mediterranean diet — which is more of a lifestyle than a diet — has won top honors since 2019 for its focus on eating fruits, vegetables, grains, olive oil, and nuts and seeds while emphasizing the importance of meals with family and friends and daily exercise. The diet also slashes consumption of sweets and recommends small amounts of dairy and meat, especially red meat. Fish, however, is a staple, especially fatty fish such as sardines.
