Trust in Media at New Low of 28% in U.S.
Americans’ trust in the mass media has fallen to a new low, with only 28% saying they have a “great deal” or “fair amount” of confidence in newspapers, television, and radio to report news accurately and fairly—down from 31% last year and 40% five years ago.
