Orders are not processed automatically. Please visit your Orders page (click Rewards, then Orders) to check the expected delivery date.

How PayPal works:

We don’t send PayPal rewards directly to your account.

When you redeem your points, you’ll receive an email from our supplier, Your Digital Reward, with a link to claim the funds. Look for an email from noreply@yourdigitalreward.com.

Click the link, enter the email address associated with your PayPal account, and the funds will appear in your account. Your Tellwut email does not need to match your PayPal email.

Important: Ensure you type in the correct email or phone number linked to your PayPal account. Tellwut is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect information. A fee and 30 day wait apply to refund funds to the correct account.

Please contact support@tellwut.com if you did not receive your order. Non refundable once the order is processed.
PayPal is a global service that moves the payment amount from your credit card to the merchant without sharing your financial information.
