Facebook is only a personal space if you manage your privacy settings properly - serves you right for posting something like this where everyone can see it.

That's terrible. $5.00 is a discraceful tip and there's no way you should be fired for complaining about something like that.

I would imagine that you were just frustrated and that you didn't mean it, but you're going to have to do some serious grovelling with your employer to try and sort this out
