Confidence among Americans that elections will be conducted fairly has reached a years-long low.

As the U.S.–Canada trade dispute continues, a new Angus Reid survey found 51% of Americans oppose tariffs on Canada, up from 48% in October 2024. The results come as the CUSMA free trade agreement is set for renegotiation this year, with most Americans still viewing Canada positively.

Many people feel nervous about doing activities alone—especially traveling

A recent study found that older adults who took a daily multivitamin for two years showed about four months slower biological aging compared to those who did not. The research analyzed blood samples from 958 participants with an average age of 70 and used several measures of biological age, which reflects cellular health rather than actual age. Researchers say the results are promising but note it’s too early to know if this leads to longer or healthier lives.
