Personally I work from home only. I grew to love it, but it did present some challenges that I had to adapt to, and that required pretty darn lots of self-discipline. This is my first job working from home and it started before the pandemic (i.e. before it became a mainstream topic).

Many companies are now discussing about allowing work from home, fully or partially with strong arguments on both sides. Do you prefer working from home, from office, or other options?

It wouldn't be one of my classic surveys without a geek question so...

Due to high automation, many jobs are in danger of becoming obsolete with robots/AI taking over the human's job. A proposed solution to higher automation is UBI (universal basic income), where everyone would be eligible to receive a basic pay that would cover basic needs. There have been pilots with various rules and results but nothing that would expand for decades to see the long term effect on society. Do you think the world should implement such a thing?
Yes - it would make the world a better place if we didn't have to compete for resources.
