I'd not visited he retailer in question in y e a r s, but I got some credit for the place from my health insurance company for being proactive about my wellness, or something like that; so, why not spend some of it grub I'd buy elsewhere anyway? Thus I did, but the following questions came to my mind...

Do you think Patti Labelle nowadays earns more money from her music or the line of foods on which her face and name appear?
I'd say it's still her music.

I'd believe it's her food branding by now,.

Do you think Lakeside's funky 1980 soul radio smash, "Fantastic Voyage," would have been included in the rotation of piped-in music at the Walmart where I last shopped were it not repurposed by rapper Coolio over a decade later for his hit of the same name (the original was, alas, not a U.S. top 40 pop hit)?

Have you ever accidentally purchased a vegan substitute for something while thinking you were getting the actual animal-based thing you thought you were getting, such as I did when I bought a jar of Cavi-art seaweed-based quasi-fish eggs (which I ended up enjoying, by the way)?
Yes, and I liked at least one product I bought in that kind of confusion.

Yes, and I didn't like what I bought.

This is a post-Walmart grocery shopping trip question, but here goes. I wasn't expecting to find some of my favorite bread, Food For Life's Ezekiel 4: 9, at Walmart, but there it was. On the morning of the day I'm composing this survey, I made myself a breakfast sandwich comprised of a bacon-wrapped bratwurst on a toasted slice of the sesame Ez. 4:9 bread I got at Walmart. Do you think that dish violates the health/natural food spirit in which the bread is being marketed?
