Have you ever returned a product simply because the instructions that came with it were impossible to understand rendering the product unusable?

Here are instructions from the user manual on how to set up the WiFi: Step 1: scan QR code and download app "honour robot" Step 2: long press the mode key to start WiFi Step 3: view the WiFi name and password in the host version information. There was NO QR code and NO "Honor Robot" app that I could find. Should companies be obligated to give clear instructions, and stop using translation software or however they do it?

Products made overseas must pass a certification process for safety reasons before they can be sold in North America. Should the clarity of the instructions be included in this process?

Many items made overseas are sold under different brand names for identical products and prices vary. Have you ever downloaded instructions from a different brand to use on the one you bought?

Another option is to not buy these types of products in the first place. Whether we don't buy or whether we buy and then return the product, this must be bad for the business in the country that made it. The next time you buy such a product will you write a review and/or give feedback to the manufacturer?
