There is a TV commercial currently in rotation for a law firm that features one of the practice's lawyers ridiculing other law firms for featuring actors in their commercials instead of their actual attorneys. Although some states require onscreen disclosure that the performers are non-attorney spokespeople, there is nothing improper about utilizing actors.
