One of my colleague is lazy and doesn't do her own work. My manager asked me to help her, and I did several times. Now I am sick of it. My colleague and I are about the same age and get same paid, why I am supposed to do her work without extra pay? Maybe my manager felt the same way as he stopped asking me to help her again. But my colleague sent me an email yesterday and cc'ed my manager, saying that she asked IT to reset her password; at the meantime, she asked me to do her monthly report again. I knew she was lying but I didn't know how to refuse her politely. If you were me, would you just ignore her email? Yes
