Results: Scene+ Customer Services (part 2)

Scene+ disabled my account. Do you agree with me that Scene+ Customer Service is unacceptable?

I sent an email to Scene+ Customer Service again on November 26th, 2023 asking "Is it necessary to disable my account before your investigations team can fix the missing points issue?" Nobody replied my email so far (It's December 7th when I create this poll question). Do you agree with me that Scene+ has the worst Customer Services?

I called Scene+ Call center again 1 hour ago and asked why my account was disabled, the agent couldn't explain it. I asked him to transfer me to his supervisor, he told me that all the supervisors were busy with other clients. Do you think this agent was honest?

The agent told me he could open my account again, but he couldn't add the missing points for me. Then he told me that "you may hang up if you have no more questions." I told him that "I want to do the survey after you hang up." He said, "No, I am not allowed to hang up before you hang up." I understood that he was afraid of my complaining on his bad service. Do you agree with me that it's ridiculous Scene+ Call Centre hired people like this?
