I buy apple cider from the dry cleaning business in my town. The family of one of its employees owns an orchard, and the cider's sold in frozen jugs from the back of the dry cleaning shop. Do you purchase any beverages from any place most people might not expect them to be purchased?

Most of the greeting cards I purchase come from the hardware store near me. It offers what may be to some a surprisingly good selection from a couple of brands at exceptionally good prices. Do you buy greeting cards and/or any other non-periodical printed paper products at any place(s) not generally known to sell them?

When I started exploring the downtown of the city where completed my most of the work toward my undergraduate college degree, I discovered store that sold both used books & magazines and fishing bait & tackle (and probably other supplies for that activity; I never paid much mind to its merchandise in that category). I was a regular customer for its literature selection, but have you ever purchased books, magazines, and/or the like from a place that specialized in selling those in only one other variety of products which has little or nothing to do with what you purchased there (whether the place I've gone on about sold books &/or magazines about fishing, I don't know, though I'd not be surprised had that been the case)?

When I was a kid, there were in my town two probably unlikely place to purchase vinyl LP record albums: one of the two independent pharmacies downtown (there are still two drugstores where I live, but both are chain franchises on opposite sides of the city) and a gas station convenience store that also specialized in offering hunting/fishing/outdoorsy gear. I think I purchased one or two LP's at the latter, but never at the druggist. At which kind of retailer in your vicinity would you be likelier to buy new vinyl records (or, maybe, can currently do so)?

If there are any places you regularly buy something other people unfamiliar with the place wouldn'texpect to be available there, how about sharing the kind of retailer it is and what unusual items(s) you purchase there?
