Results: Nowadays many restaurants automatically added 15 -20 % of gratitude to your bill, what do you think about this compulsory charge?

Tipping is a way of rewarding good service. By tacking it on, it's not encouraging the server to give me good service but mediocre.

While I don't mind paying a 15 - 20% tip, I want to be the one who decides, not the restaurant.

i don't like the whole concept of tipping! Employers should be responsible for paying their employees properly just like any other industry.Why should we have to pay handsomely for the goods and pay for their cost of doing business too?

what's next ~ do we have to tip bank tellers , grocery clerks, counter servers at McDonald as well?

it's fine to me ~ at least i don't have to do the calculation
