2. Basically, it's a voluntary code for retailers in Canada to guarantee that their prices are correct. If the scanned price at the cash is incorrect, $10 or less items will be $0 & anything over $10 will have $10 taken off it. Is this something you might bring up if you get charged the wrong price?
3. There are many major retailers that have this code in practice, such as Best Buy, Canadian Tire, Walmart, Costco, Future Shop, Giant Tiger, Toys R Us, Metro, Home Hardware, & Home Depot. If you shop frequently at these places, are you now more likely to keep your eye out for wrongly priced items when checking out?
