I have been working for the same company for 11 years and in that time they have at least once every 2 years announcing corporate restructuring or re-orgs. What is your experience.

As part of re-orgs, companies often rename groups or the names of different levels of management. Like changing a title from Supervisor to Team Lead or something like that. Have you experienced this? Yes

I don't work in a government job, but my company is affected by changes in government. After an election and a new government, we had a large number of layoffs, mostly in the supervisory positions. Then a few years later, after covid lockdowns, they had another re-org and started hiring a bunch of people again, mostly in the positions that they laid off years before. Have you ever been affected by mass layoffs? Yes
