This is a Russian man who restores very old items, mainly swords of various kinds, knives, axes, etc. He buys them in flea markets or finds them buried in the ground. He has access to limited tools but uses old-fashioned rust removers like kerosene to clear out the worst. Again, he gives the history of the piece.
