Mark Suben, the District Attorney since 2008 in Cortland County near Syracuse, New York, held a news conference November 16, 2012, to say he had lied about his past in the days before this year's election. He admitted he acted in pornographic movies in the 1970s. Should his employment in the pornographic movie industry in the 1970s be held against him in maintaining his district attorney job and/or prevent him from being re-elected in future elections?
