I'm unsure whether this is an issue in Canada, but at least for U.S. Tw'ers, are you concerned about the discontinuation of pennies being minted being a sign of higher values of being discontinued as a slow rolling introduction of a central bank digital currency (CBDC) that can be controlled by a government entity and used as means of reward, punishment and social control akin to China's social credit system?
