In all Pro sports the only thing that seems to matter is more money. The argument goes that pro athletes only have a certain window of years to make their fortunes, but do they need a fortune, would it not make more sense to get paid highly while putting down roots and growing a family, not uprooting every few years. Does making a million more than the millions they already make seem sensible. Of course the leagues these pros play in are just as greedy, next NHL season the league will charge money to see the playoffs. Question: Does it seem ridiculous of the players and leagues to be wanting more and more?
