Member Question by DavKar ( given permission to use their username): I have questions regarding Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for wound healing. Any TW members who have personal or anecdotal experience of this type of treatment to heal postoperative chest wounds may have comments about the following:

How many treatments are typically required and how are they scheduled (daily? weekly?)
Skin lotions and creams are not allowed - did skin get very dry as a result?
Oxygen is used under pressure - did this cause ear or eye issues?
Specifically what impact did the treatment have on pre-existing myopia and/or cataracts?
How successful is this treatment versus normal wound healing?
If they could turn back the clock would they still have followed this treatment?
Any additional comments for or against.
