Settle The Score
Just because the score is settled scientifically, doesn't mean it's settled with us. What's your take? Note: by dictionary/scientific definition, vegetables are a culinary term, and fruits are the mature ovary of a flowering plant, and its associated parts, such as seeds. What can I say, the more you know!

Ah, tomatoes. A fruit, a berry, actually, though categorized as a vegetable by nutritionists. And the Supreme Court. Now there's some trivia fun for you!

Cucumbers - like the tomato, botanically a fruit, but by culinary categorization a vegetable.

Zucchini - most definitely a fruit botanically, masquerading as a vegetable. Zucchini flowers are quite lovely, by the way, and edible to boot!

Peppers (I mean this in the general term) - once again, a fruit fooling us into thinking of it as a vegetable. If you, like me, like to slightly overthink the details, here's something to consider: many people eat raw bell peppers as a snack, often with hummus, like many people eat raw fruit (again, in the general term) - but I can't think of a time where I've eaten raw zucchini, except maybe as noodles! With that in mind, would you consider it a fruit or a vegetable?
