Freedom of speech does not include vile threats. Do you agree?

This man went by the handle Mr. Satan on a YouTube account. Specific threats detailed in the criminal complaint include: ・February 17, 2025: "Nah, we just need to start killing people, Trump, Elon, all the heads of agencies Trump appointed, and anyone who stands in the way... American Revolution 2.0" March 4, 2025: "im going to assassinate him myself." (Posted under a video titled "Live: Trump's address to Congress") March 18, 2025: "ICE are terrorist people, we need to start killing them." April 1, 2025: "If I see an armed ice agent, I will consider it a domestic terrorist, and an active shooter and open fire on them." This is an extreme case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, in my opinion. What do you think?

Monper is scheduled for a preliminary and detention hearing on April 14, 2025. The case has drawn attention due to its location in Butler Township, where Trump was previously targeted in an assassination attempt. Do you think Monper will be found insane and not stand trial? **footnote - Violence from any source against anyone, is unacceptable in a civilized world, in my opinion.

Since first submitting this survey there have been at least 2 more very vile political violence incidents in the news. It appears to me, rather than a constitutional crisis in America, there is a mental health crisis. Do you see this problem in our society getting worse or better?
