An Edmonton man was given a $543 ticket for failing to remove a "F--k Harper" sign on the back of his card window. The large hot-pink sign was deemed by the RCMP as a distraction to other divers and was fined when Rob Wells refused to take it down. Wells argues that while sign's language is inappropriate, he believes taking it down would violate his right to free expression.
