Madras High Court, in India, decided this week that divorced women cannot claim alimony if they are going to have sex with other partners; based on they must maintain the same standard as if they were married; no sex with other men. Do you agree with judge and his logic, that an adulterous wife may not have alimony and neither can a divorced woman who chooses to have sex?
