He was taking part in something called an "Offshore Wind Drop By" with the president of the AFL-CIO. We know this because Biden showed off his note cards that had very specific instructions for him to remember. As you can see from the above Twitter photo, the instructions seem awfully detailed for a Commander-in-Chief to need. Do you think this makes the president look bad - that he needs such detailed instructions to do something he likely does several times each week?

Some have pointed out the interesting fact that Biden's instructions indicate that he should only ask the AFL-CIO president a question AFTER the media has departed, enabling a much more private (and less transparent - despite what he promised before his election) interaction. Do you find it ironic that the president who promised to be "more transparent" is instructed to wait until the "press departs" before asking the AFL-CIO president a question?

Public reaction to this note card was harsh and could well be expected. Radio show host Clay Travis said this: "They literally have to write out every basic instruction for Joe Biden. I have never seen instructions like this for any person leading any meeting I've ever attended in my life. I bet you haven't either. Biden has dementia. It's clear to anyone with a functional brain. They spent four years putting doctors on air discussing the 25th amendment for Trump with a scintilla of the evidence indicting Joe Biden's mental faculties. Who wrote this note card and what are they hiding if this note is necessary? I'd like to see them testify under oath."
