Results: Birthright Citizenship
Following his inauguration on January 20, 2025, Donald Trump signed an executive order to end birthright citizenship for children born in the United States. Marco Rubio, Trump's Secretary of State, was born in the United States. Rubio's parents were from Cuba and were not U.S. citizens at the time of Rubio's birth.
