Clinical psychologist Dr Harry Segal revealed on the latest episode of his Shrinking Trump YouTube series that he's been looking at Trump's behavior from two perspectives. "First from his malignant narcissism, that is a severe narcissistic personality disorder which results in Trump's lack of empathy for others, his compulsive lying, his criminal behavior," he explained. However, the psychologist added that more recently he and fellow clinical psychologist Dr John Gartner have been talking about Trump's "incipient dementia". "That is, we're starting to see some of the early signs of cognitive dissolution on Trump's part. So, we've been noting that and chronicling it," Dr Segal added. Have you noticed President Trump's cognitive decline?

Dr Segal has pointed to the Epstein file scandal as a factor allegedly fueling Trump's "collapse". The Trump administration has faced backlash in recent months for failing to deliver on a promise to publicly release more files related to the investigation into the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. President Trump now claims the Epstein files are "a Democratic Hoax" even though Epstein's conviction was in Trump's first term. The psychologist concluded: "We know that he's losing ground terribly. We know that he's losing ground cognitively. There's a kind of race to see. Does he lose power before he becomes cognitively disorganized?" Do you agree with Dr Segal's judgement that President Trump is in the early stages of 'mental collapse'?
