Results: An issue of separation between Church and State?
In November, 2012, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, a 17 year old boy was sentenced to attend church for 10 years as part of his probation for a manslaughter conviction for a December, 2011, auto accident that killed a 16 year old boy as a result of driving under the influence of alcohol. Do you think this was a violation of separation of church and state?
