Results: Influential women's group Emily's List does not support Anthony Weiner
New York politician Anthony Weiner is trying to run for Mayor, but women in politics group Emily’s List has told him that its “time to end this.” The group also stated that "New Yorkers deserve better than the circus their mayoral race has turned into". Instead of voting for Weiner as mayor, the women’s group claims that people should donate money towards Christine Quinn in order to help her become the first woman mayor of New York.
