Results: New anti-gay laws mean boycotting Russia?
Russia’s growing campaign against gay-rights has lead to the passing of news laws that reflects intolerance towards the gay community. For instance, one of the laws restricts adoption of Russian children by people in countries that allows same sex marriage. In response to these new laws, many gay bars across North America have decided to stop selling Russian Vodka; most notably Stolichnaya. Many people are also demanding that the U.S. boycott the Winter Olympics in Sochi; however, some feel that a boycott is unnecessary.
