1. Running Start is a dual credit enrollment program in Washington, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Montana and Illinois which allows high school juniors and seniors to attend college courses numbered 100 or above, while completing high school.Have you heard of this program?

3. Running Start is limited to high school juniors and seniors who: Will be in the 11th or 12th grade by their first quarter of Running Start. Have at least a 2.5 cumulative high school GPA. Have a 3.0 GPA or better in all high school English/Literature classes.Do you think this is a good program?

Some benefits of Running Start : Tuition is free; you can save up to two years in college tuition costs and earn up to two years of college credit.You can take a wide variety of classes that may not be offered at the high school.
