Many people start the new year with an exercise program. Consider this survey as exercise for the brain (without the expensive equipment and/or gym membership).
1. Like any exercise program, you should start slowly and build up over time - unlike my gym trainer from years ago who was a "Dollar Thief" (anagram of Adolph Hitler).
