Results: Just The Way You Are

On May 3, a new animated movie will open in the theatres called "UglyDolls" in which the free-spirited UglyDolls confront what it means to be different, struggle with a desire to be loved, and ultimately discover who you truly are is what matters most. The film is inspired by the unique global plush toy line launched in 2001. In the town of Uglyville, weird is celebrated, strange is special and beauty is embraced as more than simply meets the eye. Here, the free-spirited Moxy and her UglyDolls friends live every day in a whirlwind of bliss, in a celebration of life and its endless possibilities, occasionally looking to the sky, where a new UglyDoll will appear and be embraced by the community. Have you heard any news about this movie?

This movie looks at what it means to be different in a world where people are bullied for that very fact. It looks at how you can be a better ally to those around you who are vulnerable. It's about community and what it looks like to start your own when you don't fit in. The message is: Don't allow anyone to say you're not good enough. Don't let anyone break you. Remember you are unbreakable, and remember that you have to start inward. You have to believe in yourself first before you believe in anybody else.
