A while back (1977) in a galaxy too close for comfort, the movie Star Wars was released. Became a hit and cultural phenomenon. How to follow this up? The answer was The Empire Strikes Back. Like others in the original trilogy, there were scenes deleted, main ones featuring this critter...
1. Say what? - The wampa is a creature native to the icy world Hoth. Think yeti, abominable snowman, you get the idea. Luke Skywalker is attacked by one, but we get just a few glimpses of it. Do you buy into the notion may be creatures in inhospitable places yet unknown?

2. Amok - there were scenes filmed these critters break into the Rebel base. A later funny scene has 3PO ripping a warning sign off a chamber they've been sealed into. Group of pursuing snow troopers check it out. Do you find deleted film scenes interesting?

3. Special edition - 1997 brought the release of the "special edition" of Empire which added a scene we get a full view of a wampa. This was done with a costumed actor in a scaled down set to look larger. Have you ever played a costumed character a place you worked?
