Exceeding eight minutes, it's the lengthiest composition credited to the band. Before reading this question, had you ever heard "Revolution 9"?

If you have heard "Rev. 9," have you ever heard it on a commercial radio station ( I've not, and accompanying this question is the group's shortest song, when taken out of the larger context of it being part of the LP-side suite concluding their Abbey Road long-player)?

George Martin, the Beatles prodcer for most of their recorded work, disliked "Rev. 9" and wanted it not to appear on the album it did. Are you of the same or a similar opinion?

According to a 1974 interview (excerpted and made into a semi-cheesy cartoon here: https://www.youtu.be.com/watch?v=v-qZpWJMiE8), John Lennon describes the process of recording "Rev. 9," involving a portion of the Beatles' "Revolution" and a collection of tape loops of other sounds and voices. He doesn't say as much, but I'd believe his creative process my have been influenced by the the work of his then-wife, Yoko Ono, an exponent of the radically experimental Fluxus art movement. Do you suppose that might be true?

Do you think an entire album of composiotions like "Rev. 9" commercially issued during the Beatles' time together as a functioning band could have damaged their prospects for success of anything they would have released afterward (accompanyjng this q is the band's song of median length, as listed in a Spotify playlist and that isn't a remake, of their entire catalog)?
